Immunization Requirements

Stony Brook University Requirements

The following immunizations and health forms are required for students in the Global Academic Program and Intensive English Programs, and must be submitted prior to course registration:

1. Measles, Mumps, & Rubella (MMR)
2. Meningitis Response

Copies of your immunization form or immunization history must be digitally uploaded to the Wolfie Health Portal.  You will not be able to register for courses if you have not submitted proof of immunization.

NOTE:  As of Summer 2023, Stony Brook University no longer requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
