Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Journeys as Women In STEM

Productivity and performance is higher among workplaces that have true and strong gender diversity. Yet despite this, women account for only 28 percent of the STEM workforce.

Educational systems and organizations need to do more to address and combat the gender imbalance. Only by taking action can we create and support a truly diverse and inclusive STEM workforce.

Tune in for a conversation about the gender gap and what can be done to overcome it.

Together, they discussed:
  • Why the gender gap exists in STEM
  • Why female representation in STEM matters
  • Barriers that prevent women from entering STEM-related professions
  • What can be done to encourage more women to pursue studies and careers in these critical areas
  • Leadership and progression in the STEM sector
