3D Computerized Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Position Emission Tomography scans are widely used across and along the entire healthcare system and procedure. Discrete volumetric data generated from these facilities contains anatomical or functional information of the patients being scanned. How to process and visualize such data extensively determines the therapeutic effects and requires lots of work to be done, including natural user interactions during the computing process, super-resolution 3D medical image computation algorithms and effective visualizations of the target within the volume. We worked on all of the components and gave our solutions to the challenges associated with them. We aim to bring a complete interactive and efficient 3D image computing workflow to the users.
