This Week in Science Communication

Three things from across the scicomm interwebs we're pretty sure you'll like.

1. Enroll in a free course in data-driven animation for science communication.

2022 NASEM award winner Dr. Jessica Kendall-Bar has created an open access course on Data-Driven Animation for Science Communication, which is now freely available

2. Join a science communication coworking session and boost your productivity.

Share Your Sci runs regular online coworking sessions for people working on anything related to science communication. These sessions happen on the Discord server which you can join at any time. Once there, you’ll be able to find out when the next coworking session is, or join the ongoing chat threads.

3. Corey Gray combines his Blackfoot heritage with science communication through storytelling.

In celebration of Native American Heritage Month (November), Caltech’s Corey Gray discusses his experiences incorporating his Blackfoot heritage into his communication about the universe.
