I am writing to share a couple of key updates on our search for the role of Vice Provost for Continuing, Professional and Executive Education.

Based on feedback many of you shared in our survey earlier this semester, we will conduct a national search. I would like to thank the many stakeholders who shared your input, which was critical in determining next steps for this important role.

I am also pleased to share that with help from nominations in our survey we now have a search committee. It includes broad representation from stakeholders across the university. I also want to thank the search co-chairs Patricia Bruckenthal, Dean of the School of Nursing, and Elizabeth Newman, Vice Provost for Curriculum and Undergraduate Education.

We will share more information on the search and position description in the early spring semester.
