Dr. Siri Terjesen is Associate Dean, Research & External Relations and Phil Smith Professor of Entrepreneurship at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida, and Professor .2 at the Norwegian School of Economics (Norges Handelshøyskole: NHH) in Bergen, Norway. Dr. Terjesen is Associate Editor of five journals including Academy of Management Perspectives and Small Business Economics. She serves as a reviewer for the Horizon 2020 project and the Swedish and Norwegian governments’ higher education, and also an advisor to the World Bank, Kauffman Foundation, and a variety of think tanks. Dr. Terjesen is an affiliated researcher with Catalyst (New York), Indiana University’s Institute for Development Strategies, and the Ratio Institute (Stockholm), and serves on the board of Strata and National Board for Education Sciences. Siri’s research on entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and strategy has been published in over 80 articles, 2 books, many white papers, and manuscripts (e.g., for Kauffman Foundation, World Bank, and U.S. Small Business Administration), and has received over 12,000 citations.
