Interests: South Asia, Late Ottoman Empire, British Imperialism, Transnational History, Political Cultures, Coloniality, Islamic Studies.

My research interest is in the late Ottoman Empire-British India relationship in terms of the movement of people, transmission of ideas, and political imagination in a transnational context of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.
