Prestigious, nationally competitive awards for a year of overseas study, research, or teaching. All majors/disciplines are eligible and foreign language proficiency not necessarily required.

Tuesday, September 3, 2024

Eligibility:

  • Undergraduates who will be graduating in Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025
  • Graduate students who will not yet have received their PhD by Fall 2024
  • Recent alumni
  • All majors/disciplines
  • U.S. citizens
  • Must meet any country-specific requirements
  • Must apply by the Campus Endorsement Deadline

 

Description:
If you are an undergraduate who will be graduating in Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025, consider applying by the September 3, 2024 Fulbright Campus Endorsement Deadline. Graduate students who will not have received their PhD by this date are also eligible to apply, as are recent alumni. These awards provide funding to conduct research (in any field!), teach English, or enroll in a Master's program overseas for the 2024-25 academic year. Foreign language proficiency is not necessarily required; please review the award description for details.

Campus Deadline: Tuesday, September 3, 2024. A campus nomination is required and late applications will not be considered. Applicants MUST participate in SBU's Fulbright Application Accelerator (REGISTER HERE) beginning on June 14, 2024.  (Note, if you are reading this after that date, email for advising!)
